Journey is a microsite sales tool to help sales and marketing people tell better stories and win more deals.

I am usually not a fan of sales tooling (overly competitive), but when a company is able to prove ROI, it creates huge amounts of customer loyalty which results in a sticky product with low churn and MRR expansion opportunity.

That’s why I’m excited about Journey.

  • Their wall of love speaks for itself. Customers love them, and they are happy to give them a portion of their sales and marketing budget.

  • They have low visibility on social. This could be a future growth channel, but I like companies that operate and execute in the shadows (longer staying power).

  • Product-led growth. They have invested heavily in the free product, and they have built embeds, templates, and other resources to convert cold traffic into warm leads and customers.
