Good morning 👋

For those who actually know me outside of work, you know a few things about me.

  1. I would much rather be lifting / playing sports / doing something active vs. typing at a computer

  2. I despise processed foods and seed oils, and I eat whole foods 90% of time

  3. I get regular bloodwork to see where I’m in / out of range for different biomarkers

  4. I refuse to take pharmaceuticals (not even Tylenol)

  5. I am not a fan of traditional medicine, and I believe we have more than enough evidence to suggest that reactive healthcare and solving health issues through prescriptions is not working

These principles have served me well, I luckily don’t have any health issues yet, but most of the people in our country don’t have the same guiding rules for their health.

This creates a cycle of additional healthcare spending while not creating permanent changes to a person’s health.

We’re firm believers that that the future of healthcare will be proactive rather than reactive, and people will solve their own health issues through data instead of prescriptions.

That’s why we’re so excited by Superpower - a company that transforms the current healthcare system into one that is proactive and data-driven. We’re customers, and it’s the only product I’ve been thinking about for the past month or so.

Here’s how they’re thinking about healthcare 3.0 and the opportunity that it holds.
