Announcing the Confluence.VC Job Board

A better way for you and your portfolio companies to attract top talent

We're late to the game, but we've officially announced the Confluence.VC Job Board in order to make it easier for you and your portfolio companies to find your next great hire.

A company is only as good as the people it attracts, and finding quality talent remains one of the hardest parts of running a business. We want to help with this process so that you and the companies you work with can focus on other things that matter.

Over the past several months, we have included job listings within this newsletter. This section was created to help promote open roles shared within our Slack group, however, as more jobs have been shared, it has become difficult to curate these listings and have them be seen more than once.

We think the flywheel for this job board can be simplified as follows:

  • More jobs posted —> better distribution and discoverability of those jobs

  • Better discoverability —> higher likelihood of finding your next hire through this board

  • Better matchmaking —> better service and more value to Confluence.VC members and subscribers

  • Better service —> more referrals and new listings

More detail on how this works:

If you're looking for a new role:

  • Visit the job board and set your preferences: location, seniority, title, etc. You can keep track of your favorite roles, remove roles you don't care about, and be notified when new roles appear that match your criteria.

  • To watch a quick video walkthrough, click here.

If you're hiring and looking to post a role, you have two options:

  1. Standard post ($100/month) - Your role will be live in the feed for 30 days

  2. Featured post ($300/month) - Your role will sit at top of the feed, will be featured in the Confluence.VC Weekly newsletter, and I'll tweet about it weekly

Check it out below and let us know what you think! If you find this valuable, we would really appreciate it if you could share it with your network on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Special thank you to the Pallet team for offering hands-on support and making all of this possible!
