October was a big clean up / process / systems month for us.

  • We built out Notion CRMs with triggers and automations for three different offers (private investor community, investor recruiting, sponsorships)

  • We have new data on how weโ€™re valuing a new subscriber to this newsletter (plus new data on how much it is costing us to acquire an engaged subscriber)

  • We found two new tools to effectively run a newsletter sales business (without hiring a full-time person - yet)

  • We fixed a huge bug that was affecting deliverability on our outbound email campaigns

  • We sent out six different email campaigns for each of our core offers

  • Created a Halloween campaign funnel for members (weโ€™ll circle up with how much ARR that generated once we have it)
