No real shockers here - SF still gets the overwhelming majority of capital.
Here are some things from the Carta report that were a little shocking to us:
NYC has emerged as the leader in healthtech and fintech investment
There is a HUGE gap between tier 1 and tier 2 tech cities
No Miami mentioned (even though the majority of LPs spend a good chunk of time in South Florida)
Way more biotech in San Diego than I would have thought
>50% of consumer in CA
